 Appearances from The World-Famous Asparamancer, Gus and the Asparafairy, plus Asparagus Eating Competitions, Recipe Competitions and the Crowning of the Asparagus King and Queen! 


All profits from 2015 were donated to the Evesham Volunteer Centre and their POPI Project. This year we are supporting Birmingham Children's Hospital.

 Bretforton Silver Band Asparagus Auction

The Vale of Evesham has strong historical connections with the production of Asparagus and for years the biggest and best crop of the green spear has been auctioned off in aid of the Bretforton Silver band at the world renowned National Trust pub, the Fleece Inn. The Asparagus festival has been a yearly occurance at the Fleece for over 6 years and we have built up quite a following.
